407 Park Ave South, New York - Apartment Building - Interior Alteration
This contemporary styled full renovation of a two bedroom apartment on Park Avenue South includes a new kitchen, living/dining room, den, and master bedroom and bathroom. GKA Architects worked with Brad Cronk, RA, the designer on the project. The reconfiguration allows for an open-plan layout with a movable full height partition closing off the den/ second bedroom. Custom millwork was detailed throughout the project and successfully built at a high level of finish quality.
